These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and badjl ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the badjl website at badjl.org and all associated services, games, features, and promotions. By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise using badjl in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the badjl platform, regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used to access the service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform. badjl reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the badjl platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. badjl reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any stage of the player relationship, including at the point of withdrawal.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.
• You must be a natural person; corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not eligible to hold a player account on badjl.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by badjl or have had a previous account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful under local, national, or international law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

badjl may conduct eligibility checks at any point without prior notice. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed to badjl's reasonable satisfaction, the platform reserves the right to restrict access, withhold withdrawals, or close the account pending resolution.

To access the full range of badjl services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as requested during the registration process. You agree to promptly update any information that changes after registration to ensure your account details remain accurate at all times.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, badjl may require you to provide supporting documentation before processing withdrawal requests or when there are reasonable grounds to verify your identity. Documents that may be requested include but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last 3 months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g. screenshot of bKash or Nagad wallet registered to your name).
• Any additional documentation that badjl may reasonably require to comply with its anti-money-laundering obligations.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of the account. badjl will treat all submitted documents as confidential and will handle them in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

badjl accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are credited to your badjl account balance in BDT at the prevailing rate applicable at the time of the transaction. badjl does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions before they will be approved and processed:

• The account must have completed the KYC verification process in full, including submission and approval of all required identity documents.
• Any bonus funds applied to the account must have met the applicable wagering requirement in full before the associated winnings become withdrawable.
• The withdrawal must be directed to the same payment method used to make the qualifying deposit, where technically feasible, to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.
• badjl reserves the right to conduct additional due-diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend standard processing times. Players will be notified if additional information is required.

badjl processes withdrawal requests as promptly as operational circumstances allow. Standard processing times are typically within 1-3 business days following successful verification. badjl is not liable for delays caused by the player's payment provider, banking infrastructure, or technical outages outside the platform's control.

badjl offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant promotion page:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated on the promotion page for each offer.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not available for direct withdrawal. Only the winnings generated from bonus play, once wagering requirements have been met, are transferable to the main wallet and become withdrawable.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited without compensation.
• badjl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who are found to have abused bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets to complete wagering requirements, or using VPN services — will have their bonuses voided and may face account suspension.

Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. badjl may revise its bonus structure at any time without obligation to notify players in advance, though material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the badjl platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited activity will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any funds held in the account, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law. Prohibited activities include:

• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other automated means to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Attempting to launder money, fund terrorism, or otherwise use the platform for any unlawful financial purpose. badjl actively monitors transactions for suspicious patterns and will report any suspected illegal activity to competent authorities.
• Registering more than one account, or allowing a third party to use your account credentials to access or play on badjl on your behalf.
• Exploiting any technical error, bug, glitch, or misconfiguration on the platform to gain winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, result manipulation, or collusion with other players in sports betting or casino game contexts, or any activity that compromises the integrity of outcomes on the platform.

Accessing or attempting to access badjl using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or obscuring your true identity or location.

badjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of its platform. The platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We encourage all players to treat gaming as a form of entertainment and to set personal spending limits before beginning any gaming session. badjl provides self-exclusion tools, deposit limit controls, and session time reminders that players can activate at any time by contacting support.

All content on the badjl platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of badjl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the badjl platform without the express prior written consent of badjl.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, badjl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if badjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

badjl does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, badjl's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to cease using it.

badjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, the one-account rule, or the prohibited activities listed in Section 5.
• badjl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct in connection with the account.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or badjl has identified that the player may be exhibiting signs of problem gambling, in which case badjl may act proactively to protect the player.

Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to successful completion of all outstanding verification requirements. badjl will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of account suspension where the suspension was made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms.

badjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. badjl uses SSL encryption across the platform to protect data in transit, and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. badjl does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

badjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to eligibility criteria, deposit or withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — badjl will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active players via the platform or via the registered email address associated with the player's account. The notice period for material changes will be no less than 7 days unless the change is required urgently to comply with a legal obligation or to protect the security of the platform.

Your continued use of badjl following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the revised Terms take effect. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which badjl operates. In the event of any dispute between a player and badjl, the player should first contact badjl support in writing to seek an amicable resolution. badjl will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to badjl's operating jurisdiction for final resolution.
